Domestic Orders
Delivery Time
Standard shipping for domestic orders have an estimated delivery time of 8-10 days. This estimate is based on a 1-2 day turnaround in our warehouse, 4-6 day delivery time by the carrier, and an additional 2 days to account for weekends.
These times are considered estimates and are Not Guaranteed. Delivery times are affected by the distance to your delivery address, poor weather conditions, and holiday breaks.
Order Tracking
The USPS does NOT provide order tracking. We do NOT have the ability to track your order when shipping via our standard Free service.
Please select our UPS upgrade option at checkout for order tracking.
Missing Orders
The USPS has proven to us to be a very reliable way to ship orders. It is a very rare instance that an order is lost and is not eventually found.
Our experience shows the following to be the most common reasons for delayed deliveries:
- Incorrect address provided.Please verify you have entered a valid delivery address when submitting your order.
- Package is held at your local Post Office. Occasionally the package is too large for your mailbox and is being held for pick-up. Please check with your Post Master before contacting us.
- Package is in the possession of a friend or family member. Believe it or not, we have replaced numerous orders where the original package was eventually found because someone, other than our customer, collected the mail and held it in a "safe place" that our customer was unaware of. Please check with household members and neighbors before contacting us.
Our goal is to provide you superior customer service. Please realize that it is also a cost of doing business. By performing the above mentioned suggestions before contacting us, you are helping minimize our costs so we can provide you the best possible pricing.
If after 21 days your order has not arrived please contact us for a replacement.
Returned Orders
Any order returned to us due to an invalid delivery address will require an additional Shipping & Handling fee to re-ship the order. Said fee will be $5.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
If you request a refund, we will deduct a $5.00 restock fee for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
Please verify your delivery address before submitting your order.

It is the buyer's responsibility to know your countries restrictions. We will not issue any refunds due to custom's seizure. Upon receipt, foreign governments may impose additional duties and taxes.
