occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary.

In addition, all products are guaranteed 100% against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Conditions:
* All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You will not receive a refund if you return an item without an RMA. See below for return procedures and how to attain an RMA. * Contact us immediately if your purchase has been damaged in shipping so that we can arrange to send you a replacement.
* Returns must be in new and unused condition. Credit will not be given for items that can not be resold.
* You (the customer) are responsible for shipping your return, including any related costs. * Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 2 days of the receipt of your return. * Refunds are limited to the amount charged for the item returned. We do not refund shipping charges. * We do not accept any returns after 30 days. * Orders returned to us by the freight carrier due to an incorrect delivery address are subject to a $5.00 restock fee for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
Procedure:
* Fill-in and submit the Return Merchandise Authorization Form below. All fields are required. * You will receive an email that contains your RMA and instructions on how to send your item back to us. * Print out two copies of the email. One for your records and one to include with your return.
